Where Can We Deliver The Package To?
All our products can be shipped to the most of European countries including: UK, Germany, France, Netherland, Belgium, Italy,Spain, Austria, Portugal, Swiden, Greece, Lativ, Poland, Romania, Czech,Slovakia,Slovenia,Finland,Lithuania,Luxembourg,Bulgaria;USA (except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam). If you cannot choose delivery method when make the order, please kind contact our customer service by [email protected].
All orders are received with the consignee's signature to avoid theft, loss or damage.If a package is lost or stolen, please contact your local Express office for a claim for stolen or mis-delivered packages.
Customs Duty
Our selling products on the site are included the customs fees, the customs duty taken by Beziorbikes, customers won't take more extra customs duties when receive the package.

Bezior Sports and Covid-19 precautions
The safety of our staff is of paramount importance and we've taken lots of precautionary measures to ensure that we're following government guidelines to keep our warehouse staff working in a safe environment. This includes:
Reducing the number of our people on a shift at any time;
Adhering to the 2 metres distancing rule at all times while staff are picking and packing your orders, and also staying 2 metres apart when taking breaks;
There's a break between shifts clocking off and clocking on while we clean down all the surfaces;
We've also turned over some office space into warehouse space to help staff spread out.
We're confident these measures will not affect when you receive your order, but we ask for your patience and understanding if it's a little later than you would usually expect.
